Exchange of Damaged Goods

Any damage or bad conditions of must be made in through email, including a proof of condition (eg. a photo) to Readymade Group within 7 working days of the receipt of goods. We will offer you an exchange of goods after investigation.

1. You can exchange your product for up to 7 days from the receipt date
2. Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging
3. Discounted items are non-exchangeable 
4. Please note that we will not be able to provide any cash refund for products unwanted
5. Please note that the buyers have to bear any shipping fees charged for exchanging the products
