Set Yourself Up For A Good Day
If you know me, you’ll know I take breakfast verrrry seriously. Not just because of how important it is to boost your energy levels at the start of the day, but also because of how it gives you a peaceful moment to just sit down and enjoy your food, mentally preparing for the long day ahead.
I can still recall one Monday morning where I woke up late and struggled between attending class or preparing myself a satisfying and nutritious brekkie! But without a second thought, I know I have to follow my heart (and stomach!) — I put the thought of heading to class aside, hopped into the kitchen and made myself breakfast! It looked like what Markl is eating: two eggs, a slice of bread, some bacon or avocados…That’s exactly what I need! I guess the moral of the story is if something lingers in your mind, you should probably act on it! ٩(๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑)۶
Now do you see how seriously I treat my breakfast? I have never skipped breakfast (but still skipping classes) since then, and do enjoy every bite of it. Did you spend your morning chilling with a big nice breakfast, like what I do every day?
